Delete your Revalidate account
This is permanent. Deleting your account removes your records, uploads, and subscription state from Revalidate.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, role, registration number, revalidation date, work setting, scope of practice).
- All your records: work-hours, CPD entries, reflections, feedback log, appraisals, calendar events.
- Documents you've uploaded as evidence.
- Your subscription state on our servers. (App Store / Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in those stores — see below.)
What we may keep
- Anonymized infrastructure logs needed for security and fraud prevention.
- Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. payment records for tax purposes).
Cancel your subscription first
Premium subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your Revalidate account does not cancel store-side billing. To stop charges:
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Revalidate → Cancel.
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Revalidate → Cancel.
